day holiday for all private sector employees starting on the day after Ramadan 29, it was announced by Dr. Mefrij Bin Saad Al-Haqbani, Deputy Minister of Labor. Al-Haqbani said that the decision was reached as per Article 12 of the Labor Law and according to the Umm Al-Qura Calendar.
He said Article 12 states that this is the minimum number of days off for workers. But employers and employees can agree to more days, he added.
