Three workers died at a Russian Far East oil storage facility after a fuel reservoir exploded, officials said Monday.
The blast took place in the Pacific Ocean port Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, on the east coast of the Kamchatka peninsula, according to a report of the German Press Agency "DPA".
