Saudi Diabetes and Endocrine Association (SDEA) will hold Wednesday its annual event honoring volunteers and donors with the presence of the Minister of Social Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Yousef Al-Othaymeen, at the headquarters of the Eastern Chamber in Dammam. The Chairperson of SDEA, Abdul Aziz Al Turki, said the Minister of Social Affairs will highlight his personal experiences in getting rid of excess weight, diabetes and cholesterol. In a related development, The SDEA Diabetes Mellitus Update 2009 will be held on April 8th, which will be directed to physicians, nurses, educators, dietitians and other health care professionals at Carlton Al Moaibed Al-Khubar. 7 CME hours will be accredited to the attendees.
