Saudi Diabetes and Endocrine Association (SDEA) will organize on Wednesday its second symposium themed "SDEA Diabetes Mellitus Update-2009" at Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel in Al Khobar. During the one-day conference, a number of distinguished consultants endocrinologists, dietitians and diabetes educators will discuss all aspects of diabetes mellitus and its complications. The latest advances in the diagnosis, treatment, and diabetic patient care will be discussed. It will also have lectures on topics about insulin therapy, oral anti-diabetics agents, acute and chronic complications of diabetes, strategies for diabetes prevention and the newly developing incretins' mimetics. Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) has accredited (7) CME hours directed for physicians and other health care professionals.
