Istiska (Rain-Seeking) Prayers Performed in Kingdom

Istiska (Rain-Seeking) prayers were performed throughout the Kingdom today in pursuit of Prophet's Sunnah (Tradition) during the delay of rainfall. Worshippers prayed and supplicated to Almighty Allah for the rainfall.
At the Grand Holy Mosque in Makkah, Istiska prayers were attended by Undersecretary of Governorate of Makkah Region Dr. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Khudairi and General President of Affairs of the Grand Holy Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulrahman Al-Hussein.
At the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah, the rain-seeking prayers were attended by Prince Abdulaziz bin Majed bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Madinah region.
