A fire gutted 130 houses in Pasar Baru, Central Jakarta, on Sunday evening, ANTARA reported. The Jakarta Police`s Traffic Management Center reported that the fire broke out most likely due to a firecracker explosion. Adjunct Commissioner Hariyatmoko of the Jakarta Police said that according to information from several eyewitnesses, the fire started from a firecracker explosion on the second floor of a house in the Pasar Baru area. The Central Jakarta fire brigade mobilized 25 fire trucks to extinguish the fire raging the crowed Pasar Baru area.
