Akhir 14, 1432 / March 19, 2011, SPA -- A Jakarta metropolitan police bomb squad was deployed to Pasar Minggu in south Jakarta to check a package suspected to contain a bomb on Saturday. "A bomb squad was sent there to check the suspicious package," ANTARA quoted Chief of South Jakarta Police Senior Commissioner Gatot Edi Pramono as saying. Gatot said the police had cleared the area where the suspicious package was found. The package was found on a roadside at Samali Ujung, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta, but the police were still trying to find the man who had found the suspicious bomb first, he said. A series of bomb threats have rocked parts of Indonesia this week.
