The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Central African Republic signed an agreement to establish diplomatic relations in the framework of strengthening relations and expanding cooperation between the two countries in various fields at the headquarters of the Kingdom's mission in New York. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was represented by the Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the United Nations, Ambassador Abdullah bin Yahya Al-Maalmi, while the Central African Republic, the Permanent Representative of Central Africa to the United Nations, Ambassador Ambrozin Kabongo. The two sides affirmed that the signing of the agreement between the two countries comes in the interest of strengthening relations and expanding cooperation between them and supporting international peace and security issues.
