Makkah Civil Defense crews save trapped persons in rain water pools

AlQa'dah 16, 1436, August 31, 2015, SPA -- Rescue crews of Makkah's General Directorate of Civil Defense managed to rescue a number of people who were trapped in rain water pools at Wadi Al-Maqrah, in the neighborhoods of Al-Umrah due to heavy rains today on Makkah and its and its suburbs.
In a statement, the official spokesman of Makkah's General Directorate of Civil Defense major Naif Al-Sharif said that the crews also rescued 4 other trapped persons in water pools at Wadi Al-Maghmas and a family in Alnuarih district.
