The index of the cost of living rose by 2.1% in last February, compared to its percentage at the same period of 2014 due to the increase of 11 main sections. In its monthly report to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the Central Department of Statistics and Information (CDSI) said that the sector of recreation and culture topped the increased sections by (9.1%), followed by the health sector by (3.0%), then the sector of housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels, and the sector of houses furnishing and equipment and maintenance by (2.8%) each. The section of clothing and footwear and the section of miscellaneous goods and services increased by (2.2%) each, then the sector of tobacco by (1.9%); the sector of food and beverage by (1.7%); the sector of transportation by (0.7%); the sector of education by (0.5%) and the sector of restaurants and hotels by (0.4%), while the sector of communications remained at its previous level of price without any relative change --More 11:01 LOCAL TIME 08:01 GMT تغريد
