Border Guard: 344.162 Infiltrators Arrested over Past Year

Border Guard patrols have foiled a number of infiltration and smuggling attempts over the past year.
According to spokesperson for the Saudi Border Guard Command Brigadier General Mohammad Al-Ghamdi, a number of up to 344.162 individuals were arrested while attempting to illegally make their way into the country.
Also, Border Guard personnel were successful in foiling the delivery of illegal cargo shipments including 28.314 kg of hashish, 2.669.233 kg of qat in addition to huge amounts of ammunition and weaponry.
