ALJOMAIH Automotive Company (AAC), the sole distributor of Cadillac luxury cars in Saudi Arabia, held recently a series of events in three key cities in the Kingdom aimed at fostering open communication with the customers and thereby strengthen loyalty to the brand. After the success of the first leg of the “Customer Orientation" tour in Dammam held in August at the Dammam-Raka Showroom (Triple S Facility) presided over by Eastern Province Premium Brand Cadillac and attended by ACC senior management team, a large number of customers were all enthusiastic about the warm rapport they felt from the Premium Brand Jeddah Cadillac Team during its welcome presentation at Cadillac Madinah Showroom – Jeddah. Both events were attended by a large number of customers and car aficionados who unanimously expressed satisfaction in the information they received about the US luxury car and the warmth they experienced with the ACC team. David Matta, Premium Brands Director at AAC, said" Customer Orientation sessions that we hold every two months in each outlet, provides our clients with more information about the warranty terms in addition to the maintenance schedules and services, it is also a forum to subject feedback and suggestions from our clients in order to continuously improve our services." Matta also added that such activities resulted in more satisfaction from our clients and ensured a better performance of our vehicles and safety. Mahmoud Swedan, a senior Aramco employee, was grateful to AAC for the services the company provided on delivery of his new CTS. After winding up the session in Jeddah, the “Customer Orientation" moved to Saudi capital city where the Riyadh Premium Brand Cadillac Team, along with a senior ACC management team, laid down the ACC customer vision and services. The roadshows reflected ACC's core mission of “delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction in the most ‘time efficient' and ‘cost effective' manner possible."
