Aljomaih unveils Cadillac two new sporty models

RIYADH: Aljomaih Automotive Company, dealers of Cadillac cars in Saudi Arabia, unveiled Thursday two new Cadillac coupe cars, CTS and CTS-V for 2011. Both models are the latest and the most exciting models from Cadillac. CTS Coupe is sporty luxury coupe stylish car, and one of the new core models in the Cadillac lineup.
Reem International Circuit hosted the event with the participation of clients and enthusiasts of Cadillac cars, who had a test-drive experience on board both cars.
David Matta, managing director of Premium Brands Division, Al Jomaih Automotive, said: "We've previously launched Cadillac sporty sedan car model CTS which enjoyed great success in the Saudi market. In view of such great success we, at Premium Brands Division of Aljomaih Automotive and in collaboration with General Motors, wanted to enhance the capabilities of this car and develop new option for our esteemed clients in Saudi Arabia who look for luxury and high performance cars such as the new Cadillac cars CTS Coupe and CTS-V Coupe. In fact, the addition of coupe variants to our lineup will allow us to approach a large segment of customers who want to drive an advanced car with high and exciting performance as well as try Cadillac brand way of drive, which I am sure that these models will provide. In these two cars, Cadillac combines between art and highest technology and fun to drive."
He added: "CTS Coupe model is a new core model within Cadillac line up of products, the brand that leads the introduction of courageous cars with exciting and interesting personalities. CTS-V Coupe, in particular, combines high visual and technical features as it was designed to offer a very prominent option for enthusiasts of luxury sport car."
He further said "Cadillac sales in Saudi Arabia posted an amazing increase between 2009 and 2010 as our sales increase 52 percent, which gives a clear indication of our optimistic expectations of further success in 2011. Our marketing plans show that our sales will rise rapidly upon launching of both new models in our showrooms all around Saudi Arabia."
The CTS Coupe and CTS-V Coupe joins the CTS Sport Sedan and the 556-horsepower (415 kW) CTS-V as the foundation of Cadillac's lineup. The overall effect is a distinctive design that is both precise and refined, and includes touch-pad door entry, revised gearing, increased cornering capability, and more responsive driving experience. The Coupe is a 2+2 layout with advanced technology.
