C and Makati Foods made a huge breakthrough on the last game to be the 6-member team and Mix Trio champions respectively, while Angel's Pride bowled steadily to be the top Male Trio at the end of the 9-game FEDBG mini all-event bowling at the Bowling City here. Compose of all-class C captained by Carlos Bustinera with members Jowet Carreon, Chito Ogatia, Jimmy Mandingiado, Robert de Guzman and Fedelyn Bustinera, Valiant-C joined the tournament hoping that their handicap would augment them to victory. Inspired by their aspiration and excellent team rapport, Valiant-C enabled to shadow Angel's Pride till the 8th game wherein the team organized by Ester Santoc and captained by Ruel Santoc was 17 pins ahead at 9,199-9,182 with Gerry Mandanas and Rolly Vistal topping the scoreboard. With narrow gap away from their goal, Carreon and Fedelyn bettered their show and immensely rallied with 266 and 219. Such supreme performance enthused Carlos, Ogatia, Mandingiado and de Guzman for solid back up for last-game total of 1,181 and take the team title at 10,363. Angel's Pride on the efforts of Oca Bernabe, Mandanas, Mac Galang, Ruel, Vistal and Ester plunged to second position with 10,337. Makati Foods composed of TC Rudy Jamon, Ding dela Rosa, TM Robert Stone, Edris Mangoda Tito Cruz and Christine Espirancilla ranked third with 10,200 outlasting the pursuing Lance & 3rdy which placed fourth with 9,991. On Mix Trio, Makati Foods composed of Robert Stone, Tito Cruz and Christine Esperancilla defended their title when they were able to surpass the 32-pin advantage of Adnimre team (4,627-4,595) on post penultimate game. The well-shared 597 last game retained Makati Foods championship on 9-game handicapped series of 5,192 with Stone topping with 1,855, Esperancilla with 1,703 and Cruz with 1,634. Adnimre slid to second place with 5,183 with TC Rudy Valenzuela helming with 1,730, Romy Bunagan 1702 and team coordinator Minda Guevara leading with 1,751. Valiant-C composed of Fedelyn, Mandingiado and de Guzman was third with 5,129 on this event. Seizing the driver's seat on Game 4, Angel's Pride did not let the title go by safeguarding their post all the way to last game on the consistency of Rolly Vistal (1,863), Gerry Mandanas (1,778) and Oca Bernabe (1,657) totaling 5,298. Valiant-C made it to second spot on total of 5,234 and Don M played by Obie Ycasas, Alex Mallari and Jett Santos salvaged third place totaling 5,058.
