DAMMAM: The Border Guard in the Eastern Province has said that 43 persons of various nationalities were apprehended for illegally entering Saudi waters in the first six months of the year. The authority said it also recorded three deaths by drowning, with 397 saved from the same fate, while off the shores of the Eastern Province on sea vessels or swimming.
