Border Guard patrols intercepted two boats with 12 persons aboard that illegally entered Saudi waters off the coast of Tabuk on Tuesday. An official said the two fishing vessels were picked up by routine coastal patrols, and had aboard crews of several nationalities. Twelve persons were being held for questioning, he said.
