Japanese shares climbed Wednesday for the first time in three trading sessions as investor sentiment was lifted by a weaker yen and gains on other Asian markets. The benchmark Nikkei 225 Stock Average gained 29.3 points, or 0.31 per cent, to end at 9,380.25 while the broader Topix index was up 3.38 points, or 0.43 per cent, at 792.87, according to a report of DPA.
