Japanese shares climbed Tuesday as export-oriented issues were lifted by a weaker yen and overnight gains on Wall Street. The benchmark Nikkei 225 Stock Average gained 70.67 points, or 0.74 per cent, to close at 9,648.98. The broader-based Topix index was up 4.7 points, or 0.57 per cent, at 830.34, according to a report of the German Press Agency "DPA"
