A moderate quake measuring 5.5 on the Richter scale hit Seluma, Bengkulu province, here on Monday at 06.17 AM. According to data from the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG), the quake happened at 4.43 degrees southern longitude and 102.57 degrees eastern latitude at a depth of 15 kilometers. The quake did not trigger a tsunami, ANTARA reported.
