Citrus Festival in Najran Attracts More Than 10,000 Visitors

Najran National Citrus Festival, which was inaugurated here under the patronage of Prince Mishaal bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Najran Region, last Tuesday, has attracted so far more than 10,000 visitors.
The Festival's Executive Director Khaled Al Awadh has disclosed that the Festival included six scientific sessions, during which specialists from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and abroad have discussed citrus production and modern methods for irrigation.
"They also reviewed the roles of Horticulture Research Development Center and its local and global achievements in the development and marketing of citrus products," he noted.
