Ten people were killed and 20 others injured Saturday when a bus plunged into a ravine in northern Albania, local media reported, according to dpa. At least eight of the injured were listed in a life-threatening condition, reports said. The bus was travelling from Durres on Albania's Adriatic coast to Fushe Arrez, 70 kilometres north of Tirana, when it veered off the mountain road and into the river 300 metres below. The cause of the accident was still under investigation.
