Prince Talal Graces Winners of Visual Handicap

Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz President of Arab Gulf Program for Development (AGFUND) and Honorary President of Ibsar Charitable Society graced winners of Eissam Qudus Awards in its various branches on the sidelines of his highness inauguration of a campaign to serve visual handicap recently held in Riyadh.
The Project aims at empowering blind students to deal with computers, aiding them through training on how to upgrade their skills in this regard.
