Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz, The President of AGFUND and Honorary President of 'EBSAR' Foundation for Low Vision and Blind Rehabilitation will chair here tomorrow the 6th meeting of EBSAR's General Assembly at Jeddah Sheraton. EBSAR Director-General, Mohamed Tawfik, said on the occasion of this meeting, that the Foundation will launch the first social activity of this year under the title " Spread Hopes Everywhere" in light of the fact that there are more than 10,000 visually impaired persons whose families in the city of Jeddah may be in an urgent need to raise awareness and integration in society in addition to the provision of moral and material support.
