Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz, President of the Arab Gulf Programme for United Nations Development (AGFUND) and the Honorary President of the Charitable Society for Rehabilitation and Service of Visual Impairment (Ibsar) launched today the Society's campaign to support and educate 15000 persons of visually impaired in the Kingdom to promote their scientific and professional skills and aware their families. He urged all philanthropists and private sector's institutions and companies which are keen on translating the social responsibility into works of development, benefiting the community, to support this campaign. This came during the 7th meeting of the Society's General Assembly chaired by Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz here today.
