Prince Talal to Chair Meeting of Ebsar Foundation

Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz, President of Arab Gulf Program for United Nations Development (AGFUND), who is also Honorary President of 'Ebsar' Foundation for Low Vision and Blindness Rehabilitation, will chair here on Monday the 7th meeting of the Foundation's General Assembly and launch its campaign for sight rehabilitation.
The Chairman of the Foundation's Board of Directors, Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Ali said that the campaign aims to increase scientific capabilities of visually impaired persons in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to enlighten their families through providing them with 1500 screen reader programs; 15,000 educational devices in Braille, and 3000 mobile sticks.
