Tropical Storm Marty is lingering over the Pacific Ocean off the western coast of Mexico, and U.S. forecasters in Miami said the storm is expected to weaken later on Friday. The storm's maximum sustained winds remained at 65 kilometers per hour on Friday. Marty was centered about 580 kilometers west-southwest of the southern tip of Mexico's Baja California Peninsula and was moving northwest near 11 kph, the National Hurricane Center said.
