Saudi Geological Survey said that National Networks for Seismic Monitoring recorded an earthquake in Harat Al-Shaqah, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, measuring 3.5 on the Richter scale, at the depth of 6.75 k.m., as well as dozens of weak aftershocks measuring less than 3 degrees on the Richter scale over the last 24 hours. The Survey stressed that that rates of all changes in terms of thermal measurements, concentrations of radon gas, carbon dioxide, and the widening cracks in the ground have been satisfactory.
