The Geological Survey reported that the seismic activity in Harat Al-Shaqah has been in decline in numbers and strength, noting that national network stations for monitoring seismic tremors have recorded a few tremors, the maximum one 2.5 degrees on Richter Scale, since Friday noon until Saturday noon. In a statement issued today, the Survey said that all changes in terms of thermal measurements and concentrations of radon gas, carbon dioxide and widening cracks in the ground have been in satisfactory rates.
