WAMY sponsors 1000 Palestinian university students

Saudi Arabia-based World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY) sponsored as many as 1000 Palestinian university students at Islamic University in Gaza, each receiving a stipend of $1000 to pursue their academic studies in different disciplines, notably engineering, medicine, computer science, business administration, education and science.
The Chairman of the Emergency Committee for the Gaza Strip Mohammed Saeed Al-Ghamdi disclosed this at a recent ceremony honoring workers in the Gaza Relief held at the WAMY headquarters.
