Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Monday that Muslim and independent states should have extensive cooperation with one another. "As regards ongoing conditions governing the world, the independent, friendly and Muslim countries should have extensive cooperation with one another," President Ahmadinejad told new Tanzanian Ambassador to Tehran Mohammad Maharaj here on Monday. IRNA quoted the President as saying that Iran sees no limit for expansion of relations with Tanzania. Receiving credentials of the new Tanzanian ambassador, President Ahmadinejad said there are abundant grounds for expansion of bilateral relations. He hoped that in light of efforts being made by senior Iranian and Tanzanian officials, bilateral relations will further expand in all domains. On his part, the Tanzanian diplomat said his mission would be to do his best in promoting bilateral relations in line with mutual interests.
