The leaders are: Presidents of Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Iran, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Chad, Tunisia, Gabon, Gambia, Algeria, Djibouti, Senegal, Sudan, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Tajikistan, Iraq, Guinea, Palestinian National Authority, Comoros, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Maldives, Mali, Egypt, Mauritania, Niger and Yemen; Kings of Jordan, Bahrain, Malaysia and Morocco; Sultans of Brunei and Oman; And Emirs of Qatar and Kuwait.
