They were to Sultans of Brunei and Oman; kings of Jordan, Bahrain, Malaysia and Morocco; Emirs of Qatar and Kuwait; and presidents of Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Iran, Pakistan, Iraq, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Chad, Tunisia, Gabon, Algeria, Djibouti, Senegal, Sudan, Syria, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Tajikistan, Gambia, Guinea, United Comoro, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Maldives, Mali, Egypt, Mauritania, Niger, and Yemen. In his own name and on behalf of the people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the monarch wished them good health and happiness and their peoples steady progress and prosperity.
