Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Second Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, has sent cables of congratulation to a number of sultans, kings, emirs and heads of state of Arab and Islamic countries on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan. They were to Sultans of Brunei Darussalam and Oman; kings of Jordan, Bahrain, Malaysia and Morocco; Emirs of Qatar and Kuwait; and presidents of Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Iran, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Chad, Tunisia, Gabon, Algeria, Djibouti, Senegal, Sudan, Syria, Sierra Leone, Tajikistan, Gambia, Guinea, Palestine, United Comoro, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, the Maldives, Mali, Egypt, Mauritania, Niger and Yemen. In his cables, Prince Sultan wished the leaders of those countries continuous health and happiness and their peoples steady progress and prosperity.
