Three men killed in water tank collapse in Philippines

Three men were killed Thursday when a water tank collapsed in a northern Philippine city while they were stealing its metal support, a regional police chief said.
Chief Superintendent Ismael Rafanan said the men were crushed to death by the aluminium tank, which was located in a village in Angeles City in Pampanga province, 75 kilometres north of Manila, DPA reported.
