Three South Korean men were arrested in the Philippines for allegedly kidnapping a compatriot and torturing him until he paid a ransom, police said Friday. According to dpa, two of the suspects were apprehended Thursday during a raid on a farm in Tiaong town in Quezon province, 90 kilometers south-east of Manila, where they allegedly held the victim for a week. The third suspect was caught in a mall in Manila, said Chief Superintendent Samuel Pagdilao Junior, head of the police criminal investigation division.
