Tasneem Aslam, spokeswoman of the Pakistani government, today described the recently-concluded state visit paid by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan as very successful. Commenting on the outcome of the visit, she said the visit will have considerable impact on enhancing the bilateral relations of the two countries. She pointed out that during the visit, constructive discussions and talks were held on a number of regional and international issues of mutual concern. She added the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has confirmed continuous support for the Republic of Pakistan, especially the victims of the earthquake that recently hit parts of Pakistan. Tasneem explained that the Kingdom and Pakistan have agreed on the importance of exchanging periodical high-level visits.
