INDO-PAK TALKS ON WULLAR BARRAGE POSTPONED

Pakistan Foreign Ministry spokesperson Tasneem Aslam announced Monday afternoon that the third phase of Pakistan-India talks on Wullar Barrage, scheduled to begin on Tuesday, have been postponed as the Indian Water Resources Secretary could not visit Pakistan due to personal reasons.
The two sides will set new dates of the talks, she said.
