ON THE ARAB FIELD, THE KINGDOM HOSTED THE 19TH ORDINARY ARAB SUMMIT IN RIYADH FROM 28-29 MARCH 2007 WHICH ISSUED A NUMBER OF RESOLUTIONS DEALING WITH THE PALESTINIAN ISSUE, ARAB ISRAELI CONFLICT, ARAB PEACE INITIATIVE AND SITUATION IN IRAQ.
TO FURTHER ENHANCE THE KINGDOM'S RELATIONS WITH SISTERLY AND FRIENDLY COUNTRIES, THE KING PAID OFFICIAL VISITS TO PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF CHINA, INDIA, KINGDOM OF MALAYSIA, PAKISTAN, MOROCCO, SPAIN, FRANCE, POLAND, EGYPT AND HASHEMITE KINGDOM OF JORDAN.
OVER THE LAST TWO YEARS, A NUMBER OF EMPERORS, SULTANS, KINGS, HEADS OF STATE, LEADERS, PRIME MINISTERS, AND MINISTERS VISITED THE KINGDOM.
DURING THE TOURS OF THE KING WHICH TOOK HIM TO A NUMBER OF COUNTRIES AND THOSE OF GUESTS VISITING THE KINGDOM, BILATERAL RELATIONS WERE ENHANCED AND REGIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ISSUES OF MUTUAL CONCERN WERE DISCUSSED.
SEVERAL AGREEMENTS TO BOLSTER THOSE TALKS WERE REACHED AND CONCLUDED.
