Saudi Arabia Participates in UN High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development 2022

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia participates in the United Nations High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) 2022, which is the main United Nations platform on sustainable development and it has a central role in the follow-up and review of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The forum is scheduled to start on 5 July, until 15 July, 2022, under the title "Building back better from the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) while advancing the full implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development".
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's participation will be headed by the Ministry of Economy and Planning and the participation of representatives from the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, and the General Authority for Statistics.
The Kingdom's delegation to the forum will be headed by Deputy Minister of Economy and Planning for Policy and Economic Planning Ayman bin Ishaq Afghani.
