Saudi Stock Exchange Main Index Ends Trading, Higher, at 8,660.31 Points

The Saudi Stock Exchange's main index ended trading higher here today, gaining 15.84 points to close at 8,660.31 points.
The total value of the trading reported was SR10.9 billion, while the toll of shares traded was more than 315 million, divided into 420,000 deals.
While the stocks of 90 companies ended the trading higher, shares of 93 companies slumped.
Thus, the decliners outnumbered the advancers.
On the other hand, the spread between the advancers and decliners stocks ranged from 10.00% and 8.11%.
For its part, the Saudi Parallel Equity Market Index (NOMU) ended the day lower, losing 303.81 points to close at 19,942.12 points, with a valuation of SR47 million and an overall tally of 360,000 stocks traded and divided into as many as 1,099 deals.
