The Saudi Stock Exchange's main index ended trading lower here today, losing 21.25 points to close, at 8,612.13 points. The total value of the trading reported was SR13.4 billion, while the toll of shares traded was more than 385 million, divided into over 485,000 deals. While the stocks of 86 companies ended the trading higher, 101 companies' shares slumped. Thus, the advancers outnumbered the decliners. On the other hand, the spread between the advancers and decliners stocks ranged from 10.00% to 03.91%. For its part, the Saudi Parallel Equity Market Index (NOMU) ended the day, higher, gaining 1,528.97 points, to close at 20,428.58 points. Meanwhile, the valuation reported, at NOMU, was SR52 million, with an overall tally of more than 500,000 stocks traded and divided into as many as 1491 deals.
