Saudi Stock Exchange Main Index Ends Trading, higher, at 8633.38 Points

The Saudi Stock Exchange's main index ended trading higher here today, gaining 51.70 points to close, at 8633.38 points.
The total value of the trading reported was SR9.5 billion, while the toll of shares traded was more than 365 million, divided into 420,000 deals.
While the stocks of 155 companies ended the trading higher, 31 companies' shares slumped. Thus, the advancers outnumbered the decliners.
On the other hand, the spread between the advancers and decliners stocks ranged from 10.00% and 9.92%.
For its part, the Saudi Parallel Equity Market Index (NOMU) ended the day, higher, gaining 230.38 points, to close, at 18,899.61 points, with a valuation of SR55 million and an overall tally of 480,000 stocks traded and divided into as many as 1,451 deals.
