Saudi Stock Exchange Main Index Ends Trading, Higher, at 8,610.84 Points

The Saudi Stock Exchange's main index ended trading higher here today, gaining 22.67 points to close, at 8,610.84 points.
The total value of the trading reported was SR12 billion, while the toll of shares traded was more than 400 million, divided into over 500,000 deals.
While the stocks of 98 companies ended the trading higher, 85 companies' shares slumped.
On the other hand, the spread between the advancers and decliners stocks ranged from 09.99% and 05.03%.
For its part, the Saudi Parallel Equity Market Index (NOMU) ended the day, lower, losing 104.70 points, to close, at 19,615.08 points, with a valuation of SR44 million and an overall tally of more than 300,000 stocks traded and divided into as many as 1,250 deals.
