Saudi Stock Exchange's main index ended trading higher here today, gaining 65.67 points to close, at 8,321.74 points. Total value of the trading reported was over SR14.7 billion, while the toll of shares traded was more than 600 million, divided into as many as 500,000 deals. While the stocks of 104 companies ended the trading with higher values, 85 companies' shares slumped. In terms of the percentage spread between the highest and the lowest stocks, it ranged from 10.00% to 06.00%. For its part, the Saudi Parallel Equity Market Index (NOMU) finished higher, too, gaining 696.16 points to end trading, at 12,544.78 points, with a valuation of SR43 million and an overall tally of 760,000 stocks traded, divided into 1,462 deals.
