Saudi Stock Exchange's main index ended trading higher here today, gaining 25.52 points to close, at 8,050.14 points. The total value of the trading reported was over SR11 billion, while the toll of shares traded was more than S430 million, divided into as many as 420,000 deals. While the stocks of 142 companies ended the trading with higher values, 50 companies' shares slumped. In terms of the spread between the highest and the lowest stocks, it ranged from 9.93% to 2.76%. For its part, the Saudi Parallel Equity Market Index (NOMU) finished higher, too, gaining 75.89 points to end trading, at 9833.26 points, with a valuation over SR26 million and a tally of more than 550,000 stocks traded, divided into 1084 deals.
