Saudi Stock Exchange's main index ended trading higher here today, gaining 59.09 points to close, at 7,901.93 points. The total value of the trading reported was over SR7.9 billion, while the toll of shares traded was more than 360 million, divided into as many as 300,000 deals. While the stocks of 128 companies ended the trading with higher values, 56 companies' shares slumped. In terms of the spread between the highest and the lowest stocks, it ranged from 9.95% to 2.72%. For its part, the Saudi Parallel Equity Market Index (NOMU) finished higher, too, gaining 442.66 points to end trading at 8,792.15 points, with a valuation over SR17 million and a tally of more than 300,000 stocks traded, divided into 995 deals.
