Saudi Stock Exchange Main Index down on Closing, at 7,940.70 Points

Saudi Stock Exchange's main index was down on closing here today, losing 43.12 points, to end trading, at 7,940.70 points
The total value of trading reported was over SR13 billion, while the toll of shares traded was more than 540 million, divided into as many as 430,000 deals.
While the stocks of 99 companies ended the trading with higher values, 93 companies' shares slumped.
In terms of the spread between the highest and the lowest stocks, it ranged from 10.00 % to 2.93%.
On the other hand, the Saudi Parallel Equity Market Index (NOMU) finished higher, gaining 253.98 points to end trading at 9,278.72 points, with a total valuation over SR34 million and a tally of more than 570,000 traded stocks, divided into 1,033 deals.
