The Ministry of Health statement announced here today that the tally of confirmed cases of novel Coronavirus, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), rose to 119,943 cases as new 3921 confirmed cases were reported. There are 38,020 active cases undergoing treatment, the statement added, and are generally reassuring, however critical cases toll stood at 1820 against 1010 new recoveries, raising the total of recoveries to 81,029. 53 per cent of the cases were Saudis against 47 for the Non-Saudis. On the other hand, 34 per cent was for the females against 66 per cent for the males. On age factor, the adults ranked first with 85 per cent, 10 per cent for the children and only 5 per cent for the elders. Riyadh led in terms of reported cases with 1584, Jeddah 391, Makkah 197, Hafouf 192, Khobar 176, Madinah 144, Dammam 104, Qatif and Dareiyah 93, for each and other lesser numbers, Kingdom-wide. The tally of deaths is 893 as 36 new fatalities were reported.
