King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center's project for clearing mines (Masam) in Yemen demined 2257 mines during the third week of March 2020, including 4 antipersonnel mines, 321 anti-tanks, 1930 unexploded ordnance, and 2 explosive devices. Since the beginning of the project, 154,240 landmines have been dismantled after they had been planted by Houthi militias, in Yemen, claiming lives, serious injuries or amputation of organs of children, women and the elderly.
