Saudi Post Advances Five Places in the UPU's Integrated Index for Postal Development

The Saudi Post has advanced five places in the Universal Postal Union's Integrated Index for Postal Development (2IPD) for 2019, ranking 68th globally and fourth in the Arab world, as it previously ranked 73 in 2018.
The Index measures the state of postal development in each of the 172 member countries of the UPU. This index is based on four pillars of measurement, including reliability, access, correlation and flexibility.
